Submitting a form creates a request, not automatic confirmation. Availability, price and traveller information are verified first.
Deposit and balance
The quotation states the required deposit and balance deadline. Seats or supplier services may be released if payment is late.
Traveller names
Names for ticket, visa and hotel services must match identity documents. Correction charges caused by inaccurate data are payable by the traveller.
Confirmation documents
A confirmed customer may receive a booking reference, invoice, receipt and departure information through the website, email, SMS or WhatsApp.
