A booking is confirmed only after availability is verified, the request is accepted and the required payment is received.
Price and services
The final quotation or invoice states the package price, included and excluded services, payment schedule and cancellation terms. Customers should review it before payment.
Itinerary changes
Weather, safety, government instruction, airline schedule, road or border conditions and supplier availability may require reasonable changes.
Traveller responsibility
Travellers must provide accurate names and documents, meet passport and visa requirements, arrive on time and comply with local laws, hotel rules and group instructions.
Third-party services
Hotels, airlines, transport operators, embassies and other suppliers apply their own rules. Gandham Tour Group coordinates them but cannot guarantee events outside its reasonable control.

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, written content, brand assets and original materials belong to Gandham Tour Group and may not be copied or republished for commercial use without written permission.
Governing framework and complaints
Report any issue promptly with the booking reference and supporting evidence. The parties should first attempt a good-faith resolution under applicable laws of Bangladesh.
