Travel documents
Passport, NID and visa documents are treated as confidential records and are available only to authorized personnel for the relevant service.
Payments
Complete card or gateway credentials are processed by the selected payment provider and are not intentionally stored in the public website database.
Sharing and retention
Necessary information may be shared with hotels, airlines, transport operators, guides, visa-support providers or authorities. Records are retained for operational, accounting, dispute and legal purposes.

You may request correction of inaccurate information or ask about deletion where retention is not required.
